We’re seeking a visionary General Manager – Asset Management to drive quality asset management outcomes across Regis’ national property portfolio. You’ll lead a dedicated Property Services team and support the strategic direction of our growing portfolio.

Regis Birkdale is looking for a Casual RN to join their team which is located just 30 minutes from Brisbane, 10 minutes from Moreton Bay and is close to public transport.  What your compassionate care looks like  

  • You will keep a nurturing eye on each resident’s condition, and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life 
  • Manage care plans that support residents’ holistic needs. You will provide respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence 
  • Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes  

 What you will bring to the role  

  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) 
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) 
  • The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better) 
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings 
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management  
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AIN’s

  • Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance including food safety, WHS and quality
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Resident dietary management

What you will bring to the role  

  • Qualification (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery) and/or experience working as a Cook or currently enrolled
  • Aged Care would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Understanding of special dietary needs
  • Time management and interpersonal skills

The Food Services Assistant (FSA) is vital in providing efficient, high-quality catering support services within our Home. The FSA is dedicated and passionate about supporting our clinical and care teams in delivering nutritious meals and refreshments to residents while ensuring the highest food safety and hygiene standards.  

The FSA works with the clinical and care services team to create a positive dining experience for residents, promoting their health and well-being.

The important role you will play  

  • Setting up each servery and dining area ready for each meal period in line with Regis standards.
  • Setting up trolleys for tea breaks and supper.
  • Washing dishes and cleaning according to the Food Safety Program.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served.
  • Assist with meal preparation when required.
  • Monitor and record requirements of the Food Safety Plan, such as temperatures, cleaning schedules, receipt of goods, etc.

What you will bring to the role   

  • Previous experience in providing catering assistance or hospitality in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and accurately and to communicate effectively.
  • Work as a team member, able to prioritise and adapt to various ways of supporting residents.
  • Digital literacy.

Systems Trainer

The opportunity  

The Systems trainer is required to deliver and evaluate learning that supports the effective use of a new clinical management system and associated clinical and care practices.   This role ensures employees are confident and competent in using digital tools and platforms that underpin operational efficiency, compliance and service excellence.  

The trainer will deliver learning to multiple workforce segments nationally and involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives.   


How you will make an impact as a Systems Trainer 

Your role will be to deliver learning to enable the adoption of a new digital platform and changes to clinical and care practices that ensure the benefits are realised through this transformational program.

  • Facilitate engaging competency based and systems training sessions across multiple modalities and learner groups nationally.
  • Deliver learning aligned to project timelines and operational needs.
  • Tailor instruction methods to suit different learning styles and workforce segments.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide expert advice on learning adoption.
  • Evaluate learning impact to demonstrate the value and change the training has made
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Project Management Office, Change Managers, Learning & Capability, and Residential Aged Care teams to deliver a positive learner experience through a significant transformation

What you will bring to the role   

You’re an experienced facilitator with a passion for enabling digital confidence across diverse teams. You bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a learner-first mindset to every session.

You’ll bring:

  • A Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant adult education qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience delivering systems-based and competency-based training   
  • Strong tech skills and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Confidence in managing group dynamics and tailoring learning to different styles.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in aged care or clinical environments  
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required by the project schedule.
