Lead the Future of Aged Care Asset Management
We’re seeking a visionary General Manager – Asset Management to drive quality asset management outcomes across Regis’ national property portfolio. You’ll lead a dedicated Property Services team and support the strategic direction of our growing portfolio.

How you will make an impact as a General Manager Asset Management
- Support Regis’ property strategy and drive quality improvements to the asset management function.
- Lead strategic asset planning, capital investment, and portfolio optimisation.
- Oversee end-to-end property management processes.
- Build strategic partnerships with contractors and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in asset management.
- Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in asset management at a senior level, including large-scale property portfolios.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Proven success in asset and property management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial and budgeting expertise, with a sharp analytical mindset.
- Ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and deliver under pressure.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and Australian standards.
