About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Camberwell, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care.

You will:

  • Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
  • Oversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
  • Manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership team

Keep the home safe, well‑maintained and running smoothly through day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs. You’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, manage work orders and contractors, and ensure the environment remains safe, tidy and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll also play an important role in supporting a positive resident experience.
