  • Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes

  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) 
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) 
  • The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better) 
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings 
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management  
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AIN’s

How you will make an impact as a Village Manager 

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the village, ensuring high‑quality resident services, strong communication, and a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Manage village finances, budgets, reporting and compliance, including adherence to retirement village legislation and Regis policies.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and committees, supporting community engagement and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Lead staff and contractors, ensuring effective service delivery across maintenance, cleaning, catering and gardening.
  • Support sales and rentals by maintaining presentation standards, managing enquiries, and contributing to occupancy targets.
  • Oversee property, maintenance and safety programs to ensure the village remains compliant, well‑maintained, and operationally efficient.

What you will bring to the role   

  • Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with experience supporting older people.
  • Background in village management, property, customer service or similar operational leadership roles.
  • Confidence managing budgets, administration, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to lead staff and contractors, fostering a positive and service‑focused culture.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
  • Knowledge of retirement village legislation (or willingness to learn) and strong computer proficiency.

Situated near Camberwell Junction, Regis Shenley Manor is a small Home offering peaceful neighbourhood living with the convenience of public transport nearby. As a Club Services Home, we pride ourselves in offering an extra layer of choice and services for our residents who appreciate the little extras.


The important role you will play 

  • Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance including food safety, WHS and quality
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Resident dietary management
  • Kitchen and food cost management
  • Production and delivery of high-quality meals
  • Service excellence around all aspects of the dining experience
  • Strong front of house presence including communication with residents and families
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth operation

 

What you will bring to the role  

  • Qualification (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery) and/or experience working as a Cook or currently enrolled
  • Aged Care would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Understanding of special dietary needs
  • Time management and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a broader catering team to continually improve the catering experience in our home.

The Food Services Assistant (FSA) is vital in providing efficient, high-quality catering support services within our Home. The FSA is dedicated and passionate about supporting our clinical and care teams in delivering nutritious meals and refreshments to residents while ensuring the highest food safety and hygiene standards.  

The FSA works with the clinical and care services team to create a positive dining experience for residents, promoting their health and well-being.

The important role you will play  

  • Setting up each servery and dining area ready for each meal period in line with Regis standards.
  • Setting up trolleys for tea breaks and supper.
  • Washing dishes and cleaning according to the Food Safety Program.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served.
  • Assist with meal preparation when required.
  • Monitor and record requirements of the Food Safety Plan, such as temperatures, cleaning schedules, receipt of goods, etc.


What you will bring to the role   

  • Previous experience in providing catering assistance or hospitality in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and accurately and to communicate effectively.
  • Work as a team member, able to prioritise and adapt to various ways of supporting residents.
  • Digital literacy.
