Our Home is located in our Inala complex which also includes Regis Inala Lodge (residential aged care), Regis Eastern Metro (Home Care), Regis Day Therapy, Regis Day Respite, and Regis Inala Village (Retirement Living).

What you will bring to the role  

• A true passion for caring for others   
• A caring credential - a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies  
• Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is a big plus. If you are new to aged care, we will make sure you get the training you need to succeed.  
• A commitment to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having their needs met - support them to live the life they deserve

What you will bring to the role  

• A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met  
• Strong communication skills 
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) 
• Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) 
• The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better) 
• Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings

You’ll lead the home with a clear focus on delivering exceptional, person-centred care while ensuring compliance with aged care standards and workplace safety. What you will bring to the role   

• Proven senior leadership experience in health or aged care, with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial targets, and operational performance.

• Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act (essential).

• Managing the kitchen compliance including food safety, WHS and quality
• Stock control and ordering
• Resident dietary management

• Qualification (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery) and/or experience working as a Cook or currently enrolled
