The important role you will play  

  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift. 
  • Interacting with the residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner 
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, following established cleaning protocols. 
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission. 
  • Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.


What you will bring to the role   

  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment; or the willingness and motivation to learn 
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and schedules. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. 
  • A positive attitude and a compassionate approach to elderly residents. 
  • Understanding and adherence to infection control practices. 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.

The opportunity   

We are seeking an Office Manager with well-rounded interpersonal skills to take ownership the home’s administrative function, the roster management of multidisciplinary teams and recruitment coordination. You will empower and enhance the operations of the home by providing exceptional customer service to those you encounter in and around the home, ensure quality compliance to meet robust aged care policies and build trusted relationships with the leadership team.

The important role you will play  

  • Maintaining confidentiality of all company, resident and employee matters
  • Managing staff training, staff orientation, compliance & education records
  • Owning and managing staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management
  • Reconciling invoices & order processing for our Clinical, Support Services, and administrative teams
  • Processing timesheets, payroll co-ordination & answering employee queries
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Providing general HR support including assistance in recruitment & onboarding processes and gathering of employee compliance documentation as required 


What you will bring to the role   

  • Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Reliability, and a well-organized approach
  • Previous experience in healthcare or Aged Care sector as an office manager (desirable)
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative, autonomy and provide proactive support within a team

The important role you will play  

  • Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with AN-ACC funding, care planning, and community engagement
  • Lead all clinical services in line with Regis process and policy
  • Provide Quality Care Services and professional practice
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Ensuring resident health records and clinical documentation is relevant and up to date
  • Ensuring “best practice” medication management guidelines are observed and regularly monitored.

What you will bring to the role   

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
  • Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector with clinical experience in aged care
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applications
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia

Regis Ayr  has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Cook to join their team. This role will be working 37.5 hours per fortnight, broken up as Week 1 Monday and Tuesday 6.30am - 2.30pm, Week 2 Monday - Wednesday 6.30am - 2.30pm. Additional shifts may be available to cover leave.

The important role you will play 

  • Responsible for the correct and hygienic preparation and serving of food.
  • Responsible for maintaining and facilitating clean and hygienic work practices Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program. (FSP)
  • Prevent cross-contamination and properly prepare food to meet special dietary requirements, such as gluten                 and dairy intolerances, allergies and preferences.
  • Liaise with Assist the Chef and/or Chef Manager to liaise with, residents and significant others for menu planning, food preparation and special occasions.
