What your compassionate care looks like  

  • You will keep a nurturing eye on each resident’s condition, and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life 
  • Manage care plans that support residents’ holistic needs. You will provide respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence 
  • Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes  

What you will bring to the role  

  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) 
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) 
  • The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better) 
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings 
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management  
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AIN’s

Support at Home Team Leader

The Opportunity 

The Support at Home ( SAH) Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the home, while providing effective support to the General Manager in leading and managing the business unit. This position ensures smooth operations, compliance with legislative and legal requirements, and the delivery of high-quality services that reflect Regis values and maximize financial outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and professional growth. Your leadership will ensure staff onboarding, performance standards, and ongoing development are aligned with our commitment to excellence in client care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervision and mentoring of the Care and Delivery service team 

•Coordinate services to assist/support clients to continue to live independently in their own home 

•Monitor and manage care and delivery services team to ensure delivery of care services in line with requirements of funding, relevant programs, legislation and Regis policies and procedures.

•Participate in the resolution of stakeholder feedback, including compliments, hazards, incidents and complaints. 

•Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial objectives.

What you'll bring to the role:

•Qualifications in Aged Care/Disability/ Community Services or equivalent or higher

•Experience as a Mental Health/ Social work or similar for Level 3 specialist support coordination

•Experience in Home Care Program and CHSP

•Proven experience in Leadership roles

•Ideally, you will have familiarity with Client Management Systems software.

•Understanding of the aged care and disability sectors, including regulations and compliance

The important role you will play  

  • Maintaining plant, equipment, building and services.
  • Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliant with appropriate safety and best practice.
  • Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner. 
  • Identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works and documentation of schedules.
  • Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers


What you will bring to the role   

  • General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
  • Maintenance of grounds, general painting skills, maintaining garden beds and knowledge of gardening equipment would be preferred.
  • Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
