Lifestyle Assistant - Casual Position at Regis Frankston 

Location: 93 Ashleigh Ave, Frankston VIC 3199

How You Will Support

  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
  • Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
  • Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
  • Document any changes to resident’s activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
  • Communicate with residents and their families


What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Certificate III/IV in Leisure and Health
  • Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant/Coordinator position (or similar), including dementia care
  • Experience using a computerized care management system (desirable) and outstanding computer literacy skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, flu vaccination, and certification proof.
