About the Role

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that build capability across the organisation
  • Lead Regis' annual engagement survey and employee listening initiatives
  • Analyse people insights and engagement data to drive meaningful action
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching and leadership development experiences
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, engagement and performance
  • Manage strategic projects that support our people and business objectives

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in leadership development, organisational culture or employee engagement
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into action
  • Demonstrated project management experience in complex environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business or similar
  • Passion for helping leaders and teams thrive
