About the Role

As General Manager at our Legana home, you will:

  • Lead the overall operations and performance of the residence
  • Deliver outstanding person-centred care and resident experiences
  • Coach, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Drive quality, compliance, safety and accreditation outcomes
  • Manage occupancy, financial performance and business targets
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the local community

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a related service environment
  • Strong commercial and operational management capability
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of aged care funding and service delivery requirements
  • Ability to drive change, continuous improvement and quality outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
