As the General Manager of Regis Brighton, you will lead the home end‑to‑end — delivering high-quality resident care, fostering a culture of collaboration, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving strong operational and commercial results.

What You’ll Bring

• Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or complex service environments
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial, occupancy and workforce targets
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Tertiary qualifications (post‑graduate highly regarded)
