The opportunity
The learning facilitator is required to facilitate skills development across multiple subject matter areas and multiple workforce segments as well as across all key operational business areas. This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. The primary purpose is to foster a competent and capable workforce that drives business performance and strategic outcomes.

What you will bring to the role
- A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education (or related discipline) and/or a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is required
- Registered Nurse qualifications are highly desirable
- NDIS worker checks are required
- Mastery in facilitation of learning across multiple modalities (in person, in the flow of work, on digital platforms) with various learner audiences that achieve business results. Presentation and communication skills are critical to deliver content effectively
- Demonstrated experience in delivering competency-based learning, systems-based learning, management capability learning and team dynamics workshops
- Demonstrated experience in creating a learning environment that is safe, stimulates learning, growth and learning transfer
- Depth of experience in working with various learning artefacts (session plans, participant guides, facilitator guides, performance support and implementing them through learning delivery
- Demonstrated experience in applying learning technologies
- Expertise in working with MS Office 365, knowledge repositories and learning management systems
- Strong ability to manage group dynamics, facilitating discussions, managing diversity of perspectives, de-escalating conflict and providing learner feedback
- Ability to monitor and tracker learners’ performance during the learning solution being delivered, providing constructive feedback and adjusting as required to meet the learning objectives
- Demonstrated preparedness, organisational planning and time management skills
- Facilitators/trainers demonstrate currency with the latest learning techniques, pedagogical advancements, and industry trends
- Critical thinking to analyse situations and make sound decisions
- Customer service experience in providing an effective and efficient learning operations, responding and resolving enquiries
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining processes
- Analytical skills and experience with reporting and analysis to demonstrate the team output and learning impact
- Aged care industry experience is desirable
