About the Role

As a Regional General Manager, you will lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes within Melbourne, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes. You’ll coach and develop senior leaders, oversee compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, growth and continuous improvement.

• Senior leadership experience across multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
