About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team in Regis Redlynch.  This is a part- time role working 15-30 hours per week.  Join our passionate country-wide team of caring professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians. 

How you’ll make an impact

• Maintain files and documentation
• General typing and data entry 
• Stationery ordering and petty cash management
• Ability to manage staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management
• Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
• Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
• Administrative support for other departments of the home

About you

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
• Strong accuracy and data entry skills
• PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
• Ability to learn internal software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
