Receptionist - Permanent Part time Position 

  • 4 days/week 
    • Thursday, Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM 
    • Saturday, Sunday - 10 AM - 4 PM (Weekend penalty rates)
  • Location: 827/829 Nepean Highway, Mornington, VIC 3931

At Regis, we recognize the importance of the role our reception team in delivering excellent service. We are currently seeking for a dedicated and organized receptionist to be the face of our home in Mornington for 4 days per week.

How You Will Support

  • Answering all telephone enquiries day
  • Maintain files and documentation.
  • General administration and data entry
  • Stationery ordering and petty cash management. 
  • Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules 
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.
  • Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
  • Administrative support for other departments of the home

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Ability to learn internal software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
  • Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
  • Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
