About the Role

  • Act as a strategic partner to lead and deliver strategic P&C initiatives & large-scale change projects that support business needs.
  • Provide support in implementation of mergers & acquisitions, closures, integration and change programs.
  • Translate workforce data, insights and trends into practical recommendations that support business performance and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance people’s processes, systems and ways of working. 
  • Drive governance, compliance and strategic workforce initiatives that support organisational performance and future workforce readiness. 
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen organisational culture, leadership capability and employee engagement outcomes. 
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a P&C/HR Business Partner in complex or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives from design through to implementation
  • Strong change management experience across restructures, transformation or integration
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders while remaining close to the detail
  • Expertise in IR/compliance and people governance
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
