Location flexibility: This position can be based at either our Sandgate office in Brisbane or our head office in Camberwell, Melbourne.

About the Role

As National Manager, Wound Prevention and Management, you will provide expert clinical leadership to optimise skin integrity, wound prevention and management practices across Regis. You’ll drive evidence‑based programs, influence quality and safety outcomes, uplift workforce capability and reduce preventable harm at a national level.

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualifications in wound management
 • Extensive clinical expertise in skin integrity, pressure injury prevention and wound care
 • Proven experience influencing quality improvement and risk mitigation at scale
 • Strong capability in education, policy development and stakeholder engagement
 • A collaborative, data‑driven and resident‑centred leadership approach
