As National Manager, Lifestyle and Community Engagement, you will provide national leadership to design and deliver exceptional lifestyle, wellbeing and volunteer programs across Regis. You will shape contemporary, evidence-based approaches that enhance resident experience, foster connection and purpose, and position Regis as an industry leader in aged care.

• Tertiary qualifications in care, business or a related field
 • Extensive experience in lifestyle, wellbeing or consumer experience at scale
 • Proven success leading strategy, transformation and cross-functional initiatives
 • Strong stakeholder influence across executive, operational and community settings
