About the Role
As our Medication Safety Project Manager, you will lead time‑limited, high‑impact projects that strengthen medication safety, governance and compliance across Regis. This is a full‑time, maximum‑term contract for up to 6 months, focused on delivering measurable improvements at pace.
• Lead and deliver medication safety and Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) projects nationally
• Drive improvements in key indicators including polypharmacy and psychotropic medication use
• Translate legislation, evidence and data into consistent, practical service‑level improvements
• Strengthen medication governance, compliance and clinical systems
• Partner with internal teams, services and external stakeholders to embed best practice

What You’ll Bring
• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or Clinical Pharmacist with current registration
• Experience in medication management, medication safety or quality improvement
• Background in aged care or a related healthcare environment
• Proven project management capability with measurable outcomes
• Strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes within a fixed‑term role
