We have an exciting casual opportunity to join our team as Lifestyle Assistant at our beautiful home in Greenmount WA.

How you will make an impact as a Lifestyle Assistant
- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
- Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Document any changes to resident’s activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
- Communicate with residents and their families

What you will bring to the role
- Proactive and energetic self-starter with strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged Care
