Role type - 6–9-month contract based at our Camberwell Head Office
The opportunity
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Design and Development Manager, this project role will work with the learning team and the project team to design and develop appropriate learning for a new IT system that impacts how we deliver resident care. This project is transformational and will require innovative learning expertise to support the use of a new system, new processes and changed behaviours and practices.

How you will make an impact as a Learning Design Specialist, Systems Implementation
Working with the system requirements and the change impacts, you will need to determine how to best design the learning to support our staff through the transformation and new system implementation and design learning for business-as-usual learning that is scalable, operationally efficient and effective in enabling changes to practice.
This systems implementation is one of the largest changes and investments Regis is making to how we deliver care to our residents and this role will be critical to the success.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability needs, translate change impacts into learning requirements, and apply contemporary instructional design methodologies.

What you will bring to the role
- An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, education, or a related discipline
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Depth of experience in instructional design methodology (ADDIE and Gagne’s 9 Events of Instruction) and application of principles that optimise learning transfer and performance uplift
- Experience with authoring tools, digital learning tools, social learning and neurosciences in learning
- Demonstrated project management, budget management and stakeholder management of projects in an end-to-end capacity that has resulted in positive business outcomes
