How you’ll make an impact

Reporting directly to our Home Care Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing customised care and services to each client, supporting them to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference, everyday.  

A day in the life as a Home Support Worker with Regis Aged Care may see you support our Clients with;

  • Getting up and ready for the day and/ or retiring in the evening 
  • Shopping and meal preparation
  • Monitoring medication  
  • Making and attending appointments 
  • Keeping the home clean, tidy and safe 
  • Providing companionship and support to pursue hobbies and interests

About you

As a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have;

  • A warm and caring nature 
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
  • A positive and practical attitude 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A current driver’s license.
  • Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent 
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
