The opportunity
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Strategy and Care Excellence, The Group Manager, Clinical Governance will lead Regis’ national clinical governance portfolio and drive excellence in care, safety, and consumer experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the systems that directly impact the lives of thousands of older Australians. You’ll embed best practice frameworks and drive continuous improvement to ensure every resident and client receives the highest standard of person-centred care.

How you will make an impact as a Group Manager, Clinical Governance
As Group Manager, Clinical Governance, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Regis’ Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring it is contemporary, evidence-based, and embedded across the organisation.
- Oversee key clinical governance areas including clinical incident management, consumer experience, audits, policy, risk, and reporting.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve quality and care outcomes, reduce risk, and elevate the voice of consumers.
- Provide expert leadership to a high-performing team and collaborate with executive and operational leaders nationwide.
- Deliver insights and reporting that inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and senior leadership experience in aged care (or similar setting).
- Deep understanding of clinical governance best practices, including exceptional knowledge of the aged care regulatory environment.
- Proven experience and capability in steering both clinical and quality teams toward strategic goals.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for improving care outcomes and driving system-level change.
