About the Role

As General Manager, Greenmount, you will have full accountability for the leadership, performance and culture of the home. You’ll ensure exceptional person-centred care, a safe and compliant environment, and strong financial outcomes while leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver their best—every day.

What You’ll Bring

• Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated services environment
• Proven ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget, occupancy and performance management
• Sound knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
