Regis Aspley,  located minutes away from the popular Aspley Hypermarket Shopping Centre, as well as close to public transport and public and private hospitals.

What your compassionate care looks like

As a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have:

•    Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments

•    Complete appropriate documentation

•    Support residents with care requirements inline with scope of practice

•    Provide essential support to the home

•    Understanding of AN-ACC -Aged Care funding model

•    A passion for caring for others 

•    Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration

What you will bring to the role 

  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) 
  • The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better) 
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings 
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management  
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AIN’s

You will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal  Influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights and certification proof.
