Sitting on the rise between the Swan and the sea, in the shadow of two towering pines, Regis North Fremantle is a tranquil Home, ideally situated a short walk from both the Mosman Park Cricket Club and the North Fremantle Bowling Club.

 

About the role

Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance, production & delivery of high-quality meals and supporting the catering team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the daily cooking, in line with our site Food Safety Plan.
  • Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of food for our residents.
  • You will deliver the highest standard of client food services and ensure competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
  • You will be switched on to observe and follow correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in Food Safety Program.
  • You will complete all relevant monitoring documentation in regard to food safety.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have food handling skills and previous experience within kitchen operations plus Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal Influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights and certification proof.
