The opportunity  

As our Brand and Campaigns Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Regis’ brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. Working nationally, you’ll shape our marketing strategy, champion brand consistency, and create compelling content that connects with diverse audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a real impact on how Regis is seen and experienced.

How you will make an impact as a Brand and Campaign Manager 

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Champion the Regis brand by ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and produce compelling content for digital and traditional platforms, aligned with acquisition and engagement objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that support business goals across aged care services.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance using data insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing Specialist, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

What you will bring to the role   

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and content creation across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Advanced project management capability and proficiency in marketing tools and IT applications.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering campaigns that make an impact.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
