 How you’ll make an impact
 Reporting directly to our Home Care Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing customised care and services to each client, supporting them to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference, everyday.  

 A day in the life as a Home Support Worker with Regis Aged Care may see you support our Clients with;
 * Getting up and ready for the day and/ or retiring in the evening 
 * Shopping and meal preparation
 * Monitoring medication  
 * Making and attending appointments 
 * Keeping the home clean, tidy and safe 
 * Providing companionship and support to pursue hobbies and interests
 About you
 As a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have;
 * A warm and caring nature 
 * The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
 * A positive and practical attitude 
 * Strong communication skills 
 * A current driver’s license.
 * Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle.
 * Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent 
 * Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
 Employment with Regis is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Police check, proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia and current year flu vaccinations
