How you will make an impact as a Domestic Assistant

You will play a vital role in providing person-centred assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting, trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference every day.   

  • Provide services to the client in their home as outlined in the Care Plan, and regularly review the Care Plan to ensure you have an up-to-date understanding of particular client circumstances, needs and services.
  • Carrying out duties of general cleaning, Meal preparation, un-escorted shopping, companionship and support around the client’s home.
  • You will monitor the client and their environment and report any issues, needs, changes or suggestions to your Client Services manager.

  • A current driver’s license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
  • First Aid / CPR Qualifications
