Description and requirements

AI Analyst (Product & Business Engagement)

Location: Camberwell (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced AI Analyst to sit at the intersection of business, product, and emerging AI capability.

This is a hybrid role combining Product Owner and Business Analyst skillsets, focused on identifying where AI can create meaningful impact—and bringing those ideas to life.

You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to explore opportunities, run workshops, and validate ideas through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts, helping determine what’s worth scaling.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with teams across the business to identify and shape AI opportunities
  • Run AI workshops and enablement sessions to uplift capability
  • Assess, filter, and prioritise incoming AI ideas and requests
  • Lead discovery and define clear, outcome-focused use cases
  • Build business cases and POCs to test feasibility, value, and viability
  • Apply “vibe coding” / rapid prototyping approaches to quickly bring ideas to life
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Support and contribute to our AI Governance group and responsible AI practices

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams
  • Experience building business cases and shaping ideas to support decision-making
  • Proven track record delivering or supporting POCs, MVPs, or early-stage solutions
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation forums
  • Ability to work in dynamic, sometimes sensitive stakeholder environments
  • A hands-on, curious mindset with a passion for exploring how AI can be applied

Highly desirable

  • Experience with AI tools, automation, or machine learning concepts
  • Exposure to “vibe coding” or rapid experimentation (e.g. AI-assisted development, low/no-code tools)
  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, or risk frameworks
  • Experience working in innovation or transformation environments

What you’ll be working on

  • Promoting internal AI-driven applications (e.g. AI application supporting nurse handovers, feedback analysis and other)
  • Delivering multiple AI proof of concepts to test and validate ideas
  • Running organisation-wide AI workshops and enablement sessions
  • Helping establish and embed an AI Governance group

Why this role is exciting

  • Shape how AI is adopted across a real-world, people-focused environment
  • Own the journey from idea → experimentation → validated outcome
  • Blend stakeholder engagement, product thinking, and hands-on prototyping
  • High visibility role with meaningful impact
