The opportunity   

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for staff rostering and general administrative functions of regional Home Care Services, providing effective support to the General Manager with leadership and commercial management of the home and services. This position plays a critical role in the allocation and rostering of employees, with the addition of administrative support for Client Services, Managers/ Allied Health Professionals and monitoring the core home compliance requirements. 

The important role you will play 

  • Coordinate client appointment calendars and service allocation
  • Maintain staff availability and roster management
  • Generate and modify rosters, ensuring  service levels are compliant with care needs.
  • Maintain rosters to reflect staff changes, annual leave and changes in clients requirements.
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Respond to our valued client, family and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, drafting and circulating agendas and invitations and general home event and activity management.
  • Ad hoc reception tasks.

What you will bring to the role  

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in roster management
  • Proficient and competent with Microsoft office systems and platforms
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members across all levels within the organisation.
  • Experience within an Aged Care environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Well organised and have attention to detail

The opportunity  

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month maximum term contract to support the revamp of the Regis Clinical Management System, which underpins our core business operations. As we near the final stages of vendor selection, this role will be critical in ensuring the successful alignment of business processes and system integrations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and experienced in validating workflows, identifying integration points, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the new system meets operational and clinical requirements.

How you will make an impact as a Senior Business Analyst 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Validate and document current and future-state business processes.
  • Support vendor engagement and selection, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse and map system integrations across clinical and operational platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements.
  • Work closely with IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in system design and process flows.
  • Provide input into testing strategies and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

What you will bring to the role   

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex system implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong background in clinical systems or healthcare-related technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with system integration, particularly in environments with multiple data sources and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and solution evaluation processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar BA toolsets.
  • Understanding of change management principles and how they apply to system transitions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

As a member of the home care team and reporting directly to our Clinical Care Team leader, Client Consultants play a vital role in developing care and support plans that align with client needs and aspirations for an independent, safe, and comfortable life in their own home for as long as possible.

Through individualised care management, you will use your skills and knowledge of care requirements to conduct assessments and develop person-centred care plans focused on fostering client independence, wellness and reablement.

You will assist and enable clients and their families to understand how they can use their Home Care Package funding in accordance with the guidelines to achieve positive outcomes that optimise their health, wellbeing and safety.  

You will build positive and effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including clinical experts, allied health professionals, as well as our internal staff, ensuring our clients get the right care and support to meet their individual needs, every time.

Your empathetic and responsive approach will contribute to building long-lasting, trusted relationships with your clients and their families, and make a real difference every day. If travel is required to visit clients in their home, a company car will be provided.

About you
