About the Role

Keep the home safe, well‑maintained and running smoothly through day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs. You’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, manage work orders and contractors, and ensure the environment remains safe, tidy and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll also play an important role in supporting a positive resident experience.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role 
  • Applicable trade qualification (highly desirable)
  • Practical skills across building, repairs and maintenance tasks

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager Business Optimisation is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping how Regis delivers care and services at scale.

You will define the Operations strategy, establish a clear and prioritised roadmap, and embed the governance, cadence and execution discipline required to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will:

  • Define and lead an integrated Operations strategy aligned to Regis’ future model of care
  • Translate strategy into execution through clear prioritisation, governance and benefits realisation
  • Drive ancillary revenue growth, hospitality optimisation and admissions performance
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and optimisation initiatives across financial, customer, clinical, people and safety outcomes
  • Establish reporting, insights and governance frameworks to enable pace, visibility and accountability
  • Support the successful integration of new acquisitions and optimise operational delivery of new developments
  • Partner closely with the COO, GGM’s and Corporate functions to remove barriers and enable delivery
  • Champion customer experience, including NPS and service innovation, as a core driver of performance
